Case study

The problem, the solution and the value

How RECOVR was shaped around the business requirement it addresses.

Project scope Desktop application, mobile application, backend services, and authentication.

4 roles Client, Admin, Vendor and Collection Agent, each with its own permissions and workflow.
  1. 01

    Business challenge

Debt recovery-related operations can involve multiple users, responsibilities, and workflows. Supporting these activities through a structured digital environment requires coordinated application interfaces, controlled access, and backend business logic.

  2. 02

    Solution delivered

IoVert developed RECOVR as a business platform with desktop and mobile applications, backend services, and authentication mechanisms.

The solution incorporates role-based access and application workflows designed to support structured operations across different user roles.

Workflow management covers KYC approval, case registration and approval, digital contract signing, vendor assignment with an acceptance time limit, live chat and document exchange, and case closure.

  3. 03

    Business value

    • Provides a dedicated digital platform for recovery-related workflows.
    • Supports access according to user roles.
    • Brings desktop and mobile application experiences into the same solution.
    • Establishes a backend foundation for application functionality and business logic.
    • Keeps clients, vendors and the admin aligned through live chat and shared documents.
    • Gives the administrator central oversight of every case.

Workflow management

How a case moves through RECOVR

Five connected stages take a case from onboarding to closure, with the right role in charge at each step.

  1. 1

    Onboarding

Everyone is verified before any work begins.

    • Client Signs up and uploads KYC documents.
    • Admin Approves or rejects clients and vendors.
    • Vendor Signs up and uploads KYC documents.
  2. 2

    Case setup

The case is registered and approved.

    • Client Registers the case with debtor details, amount and documents.
    • Admin Approves the case, and can also create clients and cases.
  3. 3

    Assignment

A contract is signed and a vendor takes the case.

    • Client Signs the contract digitally after approval.
    • Admin Picks the vendor and sets the acceptance time.
    • Vendor Accepts or rejects. Cases not accepted in time are auto-rejected.
  4. 4

    Recovery work

    Everyone follows the case live.

    • Client Tracks status, chat and documents.
    • Admin Sees every status, chat and document.
    • Vendor Works the case with status, chat, documents, reminders and agents.
  5. 5

    Closure

The result is submitted and approved.

    • Client Closes or withdraws the request if the case is not moving.
    • Admin Approves closure, recovery, return or withdrawal.
    • Vendor Submits full or partial recovery, or a return request.

Role-based access

Every role sees what it needs

Clients, admins, vendors and collection agents each have their own permissions and workflow. Pick a role to see what it can do.

  • Register and complete KYC
  • Register cases with details and documents
  • Sign the contract digitally
